Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales objectives within the territory ( Hybrid Bangkok and East)
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and account development.
  • Build and expand relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop new business opportunities and support the introduction of new products to the market.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product evaluations, clinical assessments, and adoption initiatives.
  • Provide product education, technical guidance, and responsive support to healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations for workshops, webinars, educational programs, and industry events.
  • Participate in clinical observations and engage with medical professionals to understand procedural needs and applications.
  • Support customer engagement activities, training sessions, and professional education events.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory, consignment stock, and product availability to ensure optimal customer service and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Specialist should have:

  • A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably within healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
