Job Description

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer reach
  • Recruit, coach, and monitor performance of sales team members
  • Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling
  • Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights for management
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and new product opportunities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related disciplines
  • Proven experience in medical device or healthcare-related sales
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in leadership roles
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence in English
  • Solid business acumen with end-to-end sales process expertise
  • Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and people management skills
