Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the Thailand market
  • Develop and execute a focused sales strategy targeting Luxury Retail and Banking sectors
  • Manage and expand a network of channel partners including distributors, integrators, and contractors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and end users
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Promote and deliver security and fire alarm solutions through consultative selling
  • Lead sales activities including client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Support and enable channel partners with training, product knowledge, and sales tools
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align on business strategies and project execution
  • Report and forecast sales performance, pipeline, and market insights
  • Ensure successful project handover and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong experience in Security Systems and/or Fire Alarm solutions
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing channel partner networks
  • Ability to develop strategic accounts and convert opportunities into long-term business
  • Excellent skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience engaging with Luxury Retail and Banking sector clients
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and act on them
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently in a home-based role
  • Effective communication skills in Thai and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver results in a competitive and fast-paced market
