Job Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to promote compression products within the energy & natural resources sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals tailored to their specific needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
  • Provide timely reports and updates on sales performance and client feedback to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the energy & natural resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of compression products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively to achieve sales goals.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address client needs and challenges.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
