As a Sales Engineer, you will drive business growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting innovative plastic material solutions to industrial clients across Thailand and the region.
  • Sales/BD from plastics, polymer, chemical, PC/ABS and ABS Materials or related
  • Fluent in Chinese is mandatory and good communication in English

Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities within automotive and industrial sectors.
  • Promote and provide technical consultation on plastic material solutions, including PC/ABS, ABS, recycled plastics, and functional materials.
  • Conduct customer visits, understand project requirements, and coordinate with internal technical and production teams to deliver solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support business growth and market expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
  • Background from plastics, polymer, chemical, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Fluent in Chinese is mandatory and good communication in English.
  • Korean or Japanese language skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Junior-level candidates from any industry with a strong interest in technical sales are welcome to apply.
  • Senior-level candidates should have direct experience in plastics, polymer materials, or related industrial products.
  • Strong communication, customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
