Job Description

  • Establish and refine DP and FF operating routines, ensuring alignment with market needs and commercial priorities.
  • Support markets in designing, launching, and optimizing route‑to‑market and field force structures through insights‑driven assessments.
  • Lead annual commercial target‑setting for Distributor Partners to drive distribution, execution, and volume objectives.
  • Implement robust tracking mechanisms for weekly, monthly, and annual DP performance reviews and scorecards.
  • Empower markets with the right tools, processes, and analytic to drive distributors toward reaching performance targets.
  • Ensure that markets maintain a high‑performing field force with optimal resource allocation and execution discipline.
  • Oversee action planning from store audits to close distribution and execution gaps.
  • Embed profitability, conditionality, and ROI‑focused thinking across market DP/FF teams.
  • Manage multi‑market projects as project owner, stakeholder from new market launches to RTM redesigns to digital tool upgrades.
  • Coordinate communication with regional and HQ stakeholders to ensure transparent and timely project alignment.
  • Deliver training to elevate the capability of DP managers, FF leaders, and distributor teams, using a train‑the‑trainer approach.
  • Support end‑to‑end hiring, on boarding, and field coaching of DP and FF team members.
  • Develop DP/FF managers into strong coaches with high standards of execution excellence.
  • Contribute to the annual business planning process related to DP and FF strategy.
  • Consolidate and share best practices across markets to drive continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or related quantitative field preferred
    • Strong experience in FMCG commercial, route-to-market, or distributor management roles
    • Proven track record in optimizing field force and distribution performance across markets
    • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies
    • Experience working in regional or multi-country environments with strong stakeholder management skills
