Job Description

  • Monitor performance and system performance across multiple global locations.
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to application performance, user activity, system usage, latency, and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify performance degradation, bottlenecks, and service disruptions before they impact end users.
  • Collaborate with IT technical teams to monitor application response times, error rates, availability, and overall system stability.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new features and system enhancements through data-driven performance analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with technical teams on monitoring and tracking initiatives.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Solutions, Application Support, System Monitoring, Product Analytics, or a related area.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI and visualization platforms.
  • Solid understanding of application monitoring, performance metrics, system availability, and operational analytics.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting application performance issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must be good in English communication skill
