  • Shape and drive a regional learning strategy aligned with business goals
  • Design and deliver engaging programs that strengthen leadership, frontline excellence, and functional capabilities
  • Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and build future-ready talent pipelines
  • Lead initiatives in leadership development, including workshops, coaching, and action learning
  • Enhance learning experiences through digital platforms and modern approaches (e.g., blended and experiential learning)
  • Support talent reviews and succession planning to build strong leadership bench strength
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve learning impact and effectiveness
  • Collaborate across countries and functions to deliver consistent yet locally relevant solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a regional or multi-country role
  • Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and program design
  • Passion for developing leaders and building organizational capability
  • Experience with digital learning tools and platforms
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Background in industrial, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage
