Support the Regional HR Director in coordinating and delivering regional HR initiatives across APAC & Middle East.Act as an HR Business Partner to ensure effective implementation of people processes, talent initiatives, and performance management while ensuring alignment with regional HR frameworks, policies, and governance standards to ensure consistent global standards while adapting to local market requirements.

Job Description

The role focuses on operational execution, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and HR analytics.

Data Analytics & Workforce Intelligence

* Consolidate and elevate regional HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, engagement) into actionable data stories.

* Utilize predictive analytics tools to identify talent trends, skill gaps, and emerging employee relations risks, proposing proactive mitigation strategies.

* Support regional data governance for HR systems, ensuring data integrity, SOP rationalization, and continuous improvement based on metrics.

* Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency through process optimization, automation, and AI tools. Lead change management and adoption of new HR systems and digital tools.

* Provide insights and dashboards to support workforce decision-making and business planning.

* Drive data-based conversations on performance, engagement, attrition, and capability gaps.

AI Enablement, Learning and Change Initiatives

* Act as the regional champion for HR digital transformation, supporting the roll-out and adoption of AI-enabled tools and automated workflows.

* Partner with learning teams to coordinate upskilling and training pathways that build organizational AI fluency and readiness.

* Support change management activities to guide teams through process automation, managing resistance, and building digital trust.

Regional HR Operations & Talent Execution

* Recruitment & Talent Pipeline: Partner with Country HR Managers on critical hiring, step in and support hiring as required from time to time, and leverage employer branding to become and Employer of Choice. Increased focus to initiate ideas to optimize onboarding and new-hire retention.

* Compensation & Benchmarking: Support the Regional HR Director in executing regional compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and talent reviews.

* Policy & Governance: Coordinate regular audits to ensure compliance with local employment laws, manage policy changes, and ensure global governance standards match local market needs.

* Generalist Support: Provide practical, business-focused advice on organizational design, prepare materials for leadership meetings and business reviews.

Execution of Regional Initiatives

* Assist the Regional HR Director to implement HR initiatives that promote organizational culture, and employee excellence across the region.

* Design and coordinate implementation of talent reviews, succession planning, compensation frameworks, internal communication and engagement surveys.* Track progress of regional HR priorities and follow-up with Country HR Managers.

* Provide practical, business-focused HR advice on organizational design, talent planning, and team development.

Project & Coordination Support

* Lead defined regional HR projects, undertake other ad-hoc projects as required.

* Ensure documentation and process consistency across countries.

* Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with HR policies, SOPs and identify areas for improvement. * Support change management activities as directed.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or related field (mandatory)

* 6-10 years progressive HR experience preferably with exposure to Food, Retail or FMCG sectors

* Strong HR Business Partner experience supporting stakeholders

* Exposure to multi-country or regional environments preferred

* Strong understanding of: Compensation & Benefits o Performance management o Workforce planning o Employee relations

* Strong analytical capability and excellent working with HR metrics

* Ability to operate in matrix structure
