Job Description

  • Lead procurement activities for aircraft spare parts, technical materials, ground support equipment, and maintenance-related tools.
  • Manage sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with OEMs, MRO providers, distributors, and aviation suppliers globally.
  • Handle urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) procurement requirements to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Oversee repair and overhaul purchasing activities, including repair orders, warranty claims, and turnaround-time management.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring quality, delivery performance, and compliance standards.
  • Drive procurement cost optimization through strategic sourcing, supplier benchmarking, and process improvements.
  • Lead the technical procurement team, establish KPIs, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical procurement, preferably within aviation, MRO, aerospace, or high-value spare parts industries.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft components, spare parts procurement, supplier management, and international sourcing.
  • Proven negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical operational environment.
