We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Data Center infrastructure projects, covering electrical, automation, cooling, and mechanical systems from design through commissioning and project handover.

Job Description

    • Manage end-to-end project execution for DataCenter infrastructure projects, from planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
    • Lead on-site project activities and coordinate cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, automation, and cooling system specialists.
    • Interface with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Schneider standards, and client requirements throughout project execution.
    • Oversee commissioning activities for electrical distribution systems, cooling systems, automation solutions, and related infrastructure.
    • Prepare and present project progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to management and customers.
    • Drive issue resolution and decision-making to achieve project milestones and customer satisfaction.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or Lead Engineer in Data Center, critical infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience with electrical systems, automation solutions, cooling/HVAC systems, and infrastructure projects.
  • Good English communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently communicate with regional and global stakeholders is essential.
