Project Manager | Data Center Engineering

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead multiple data center and critical infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Develop project schedules, implementation plans, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and resource requirements.
• Drive timely project invoicing, milestone achievement, and customer acceptance.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Chair and participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate effectively with customers, consultants, contractors, engineering teams, and service partners.
• Build strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Project Management

• Manage factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning activities, and project handovers.
• Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution during project implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, and factory teams to resolve project challenges.
• Ensure all installations comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Commercial & Cost Control

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance.
• Track project expenditures and implement corrective actions where required.
• Support contract administration, purchase requests, billing milestones, and project documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, service partners, and field engineers.
• Monitor contractor performance, work quality, safety compliance, and project schedules.
• Ensure site activities are executed according to project scope and agreed deliverables.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company quality management systems and project governance requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct with customers and partners.
