The role works closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales, Logistics, and global stakeholders to support successful product launches and business growth.

Job Description

  • Manage automotive projects from product development through industrialization and mass production launch.
  • Develop and control project timelines, milestones, budgets, and action plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, Sales, and Purchasing.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates with customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure completion of project documentation, including PPAP submissions and Quality Gate Reviews.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and international Mubea facilities on local and global programs.
  • Support new business acquisition, engineering change requests (ECR), value analysis/value engineering (VAVE), and product innovation initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Materials, Metallurgical Engineering, Product Design, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive project management, engineering, or new product development.
  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive development processes, PPAP, APQP, and customer-driven projects.
  • Good English communication skills and ability to work within an international environment.
