Job Description

  • Lead a large and complex customer-focused organisation, ensuring successful execution of programmes and overall customer business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships while serving as the primary point of escalation and strategic contact.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams across programme management, supply chain, engineering, quality, and manufacturing operations.
  • Manage business performance by establishing priorities, monitoring operational metrics, and implementing corrective action plans where required.
  • Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and contract compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop management teams while fostering employee engagement and driving process improvement across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • More than 10 yeras of relevant experience with exposure to programme management and operations, engineering, supply chain, or finance functions.
  • Strong leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in customer relationship management, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and business development.
  • Solid knowledge of operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, project management methodologies, and financial performance management.
