  • Technical background in power transmission, belt and rotating machine is a plus
  • Experience in dealing with industrial clients and good communication skill

Job Description



  • Provide technical support and training to sales teams, distributors, and customers


  • Manage and position the product portfolio


  • Co-design and customize solutions with OEMs and end users


  • Support sales projects and drive new business opportunities


  • Lead new product introductions and application innovations


  • Collaborate with global and regional product teams to optimize local offerings



The Successful Applicant



  • Engineering background with solid knowledge of belts, and industrial applications or rotating machine


  • Experience in application engineering, technical sales, presales, or product management


  • Able to translate technical features into customer value and support the sales team effectively


  • Comfortable working with OEMs and end users to co-design and customize solutions


  • Analytical and structured, with the ability to build business cases and sales forecasts


  • Collaborative, working well with global, regional, and cross-functional teams


  • Confident communicator who can train others and lead technical discussions


  • Proactive, curious, and driven to grow the business, not just support it
