Job Description

  • Design and develop automotive products and components according to customer and project requirements.
  • Create and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation using CAD software.
  • Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure functional and manufacturable designs.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Testing teams throughout the product development process.
  • Support prototype development, product validation, testing activities, and design verification.
  • Drive engineering changes, design improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive standards, customer specifications, and internal engineering procedures.
  • Provide technical support during product launch, industrialization, and mass production phases.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in product design or development within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, or AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive product development processes, GD&T, DFMEA, and engineering change management.
  • Good communication skills in English and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
