We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Business Partner to support both strategic and operational HR initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive people strategies, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence.

Job Description

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business performance and growth.
  • Participate in HR projects related to culture, employee engagement, and capability building.



Employee Relations & Leadership Support

  • Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and development matters.
  • Support leadership teams in driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and employee relations issues when required.



Organisational Development & Change Management

  • Support change management and communication programmes.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
  • Assist with team effectiveness and organisational improvement projects.



HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics including turnover, recruitment, engagement, and performance trends.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate employee and HR data.



Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for plant and functional roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment performance and hiring metrics

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition roles.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing plant or industrial operation is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labour law and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Good command of Thai and working-level English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR data to support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools; Power BI experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, or compensation practices would be beneficial.
