We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant HRBP Manager to support a manufacturing site of approximately 300-500 employees (including contractors). Reporting within a regional HR structure, this individual contributor role will work closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team to drive people strategy, workforce performance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives that support business growth and transformation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments.
  • Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience partnering with operational leaders and plant management teams.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role.
  • Fluent Thai with good English communication skills
  • Able to work in upcountry, Thailand
