A leading manufacturer in the consumer goods and healthcare sector with a strong presence in domestic and international markets, located in Prachinburi, Thailand.

Job Description

  • Lead factory finance, cost control, and accounting operations.
  • Oversee product costing, inventory, and fixed asset accounting.
  • Review monthly financial reports and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
  • Support investment decisions with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Improve costing processes, controls, and accounting systems.
  • Partner with Operations, QA, Maintenance, and IT teams to drive efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
  • Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Finance Controller should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or logistics industries.
  • Strong expertise in cost analysis, financial modeling, and business performance evaluation.
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, BPC, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office applications.
  • Good command of English
  • Flexible to support operational requirements, including two Saturday workdays per month during the probation period.
