Job Description

  • Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders to ensure supply continuity and service level achievement.
  • Forecast raw material, packaging, and finished goods requirements, including creating purchase requisitions for local and imported materials.
  • Coordinate material procurement and inventory planning to support production demand while maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor production schedules, material consumption, and production output to ensure alignment with planning targets.
  • Track work orders, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adjust production plans to accommodate changing business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Prepare production schedules and management reports while supporting food safety and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain functions, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG industries.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Good communication skills in English.
