We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, teams and P&L of two climbing facilities, while helping drive their future commercial growth.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established sports and leisure business operating multiple facilities in Bangkok.

The business has built a strong reputation within Bangkok's sports community and is now looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen its day-to-day management and support its next stage of growth.

Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of two climbing facilities, ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality operations.
  • Manage, motivate and develop the operational teams across both locations.
  • Take responsibility for operational planning, staffing, scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and manage the P&L, including revenue, costs, budgets and overall site profitability.
  • Track key operational and commercial KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience, safety, cleanliness and facility maintenance.
  • Review and improve operational processes and procedures across both sites.
  • Work closely with the management team on commercial development initiatives, including membership, events, partnerships and other revenue opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, customer retention and overall site performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of new business initiatives as the company continues to grow.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the management team and the operational teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within sports, fitness, leisure, hospitality, F&B or another customer-facing environment.
  • Previous experience managing teams and day-to-day operations across a physical site or multiple locations.
  • Good understanding of P&L management, budgeting and operational KPIs.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Hands-on management style, comfortable being present on-site and working closely with operational teams.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Experience in a sports, fitness or leisure business would be highly advantageous.
  • Good command of English. Thai language skills are advantageous.
  • Passion for sports and an active lifestyle would be a plus.
