The successful candidate requires experience in factory operations management, production optimization, and background in a heavy industrial company involving foundry management.

Job Description

  • Lead and align factory operations with company strategy, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Contribute to policy development and execute strategic management plans alongside senior leadership.
  • Oversee daily and monthly operational performance, ensuring targets and production goals are achieved.
  • Plan and manage investments, including process improvements and modernization initiatives.
  • Supervise multiple departments such as production, maintenance, quality, R&D, warehouse, supply chain, and EHS functions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, HR, Customer Service) and external contractors to support operations and projects.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, purchase approvals, and cost control to ensure financial efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environments, preferably ceramics or related industries.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role, with experience leading large teams (50+ employees).
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, factory systems, quality management, and safety/environmental standards.
  • Proficiency in English, SAP, and computer systems, with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
