Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and client expectations.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop onsite staff and subcontractors to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, collections, cost control, and profitability improvement.
  • Ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard of safety, appearance, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, and best practices across the site.
  • Build strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction to support long-term client retention.
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly operational reports to local and regional stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of facility management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven with solid leadership and health & safety awareness.
