Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring product information, technical documentation, and sales support materials are accurate, up to date, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage product standards, certifications, and regulatory compliance activities, including product testing, certification applications, renewals, and adherence to relevant industry requirements.
  • Drive market research, customer insight analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and product innovation initiatives.
  • Oversee New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept, feasibility assessment, and product validation through to commercialization and market launch.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies while supporting product launches through marketing materials, digital content, and sales enablement tools.
  • Provide technical product expertise, training, and consultation to sales teams, distributors, customers, and business partners to strengthen product knowledge and market adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams while preparing performance reports, business analyses, and recommendations for management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, New Product Development (NPD), Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business Development, or Product Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, product lifecycle management, certification requirements, compliance standards, and product development processes.
  • Experience within the construction materials, building products, architectural products, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and travel domestically and internationally when required.
