Job Description

    • Drive Thailand's product assortment strategy to achieve growth, margin, andSKU efficiency.
    • Lead seasonal GTM planning with cross‑functional teams to maximize sell‑thru and brand impact.
    • Deliver customer insights, competitor trends, and data‑driven recommendations for winning assortments.
    • Create exclusive, country‑specific products and collaborations to elevate market presence.
    • Oversee merchandising operations, pricing, and flawless execution of national sales and trade events.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Merchandising Manager should have:

    • 5+ years' experience in retail or merchandising across menwear, fashion, apparel, or footwear.
    • Strong end‑to‑end merchandising capability in product allocation, pricing, and SKU management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
    • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and merchandising tools, including SAP.
    • Fluent English with proven ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
