Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end category strategy and supplier relationships
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and volumes to drive value at scale
  • Build and optimize assortments customers want to buy
  • Lead private label sourcing and product development
  • Ensure quality, availability, and compliance across regions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Merchandising Manager (Grocery) should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, buying, or sourcing roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with a solid commercial and curious mindset
  • Proven experience in managing suppliers and private label product assortments
  • Comfortable working with manual tools, data analysis, forecasting, and volume planning
  • Fluent in spoken English
