Job Description

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical operations.
  • Provide guidance on complex medical cases and decision-making processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the healthcare setting.
  • Act as a liaison with external healthcare stakeholders when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Medical Director should have:

  • A medical degree and relevant professional qualifications.
  • A license with proven 6 - 10 Years of experience within leading clinical teams or healthcare operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and communication in English.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
