Job Description

  • Lead execution of Medical Affairs strategies across therapy areas
  • Drive scientific engagement with healthcare stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee evidence generation plans
  • Build capabilities and frameworks for Medical Affairs teams
  • Ensure alignment across medical, commercial, and regulatory teams
  • Provide scientific leadership on medical communications and content
  • Support internal training and knowledge development initiatives
  • Establish partnerships with medical societies and patient groups
  • Contribute to disease awareness and educational programs
  • Support product launches with medical insights and readiness

The Successful Applicant

A successful candiate should have:

  • Advanced degree in medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
  • 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related function
  • Proven leadership in scientific engagement and strategy execution
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to translate science into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in evidence generation and medical planning
  • High level of integrity and scientific rigor
  • Fluent English communication skills
