Job Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
  • Provide legal guidance and practical business advice to management and key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate legal risks associated with business operations, transactions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on business activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support corporate governance initiatives and advise on governance best practices.
  • Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal support when required.
  • Handle disputes, claims, and other legal matters while protecting the organisation's interests.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other corporate transactions when applicable.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide proactive legal support for business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law; Thai lawyer licence is preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate legal, commercial law, compliance, and governance functions.
  • Strong contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
