Job Description

  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead the organization's Digital Transformation agenda, translating business priorities into a clear transformation roadmap and driving initiatives from strategy through execution and measurable business outcomes.
  • Business & Organizational Transformation: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across business processes, operating models, and ways of working to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change throughout the transformation journey, ensuring people and business functions are aligned, engaged, and prepared to adopt new ways of working.
  • Culture Transformation: Build and embed a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and digital adoption across the organization, particularly within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Workforce Transformation: Assess the impact of transformation on workforce capabilities, roles, and organizational structures. Drive initiatives to develop new capabilities and prepare employees for future ways of working.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, creating ownership and commitment across different levels of the organization.
  • Transformation Program Delivery: Lead multiple large-scale transformation programs from planning through execution, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and successful delivery.
  • Digital Enablement: Identify and leverage appropriate digital capabilities and emerging technologies to address business challenges, improve processes, and create sustainable business value.
  • Value Realization: Establish clear measures of success and track the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring programs deliver tangible and sustainable improvements to the business.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, processes, capabilities, and ways of working, while scaling successful transformation initiatives across the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Technology, or related areas.
  • Strong background in heavy manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, engineering, or other complex manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives, with clear and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience in organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, adoption, communication, and managing resistance to change.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform organizational culture and ways of working, particularly within traditional or operationally complex environments.
  • Experience in workforce transformation and capability development, including preparing teams and organizations for new ways of working.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Broad understanding of digital technologies and their application to business and operational transformation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate transformation initiatives into measurable operational and business value.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-changing environment.
