Job Description

  • Supervise daily injection moulding operations to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance performance and skill development.
  • Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues in the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate production and performance records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Injection Supervisor should have:

  • Experience in injection moulding operations, preferably within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding processes and equipment.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in identifying and solving technical issues.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • English communication is required.
