We are looking for an HRBP Manager to join a fast-growing international organization undergoing significant transformation and integration across its regional operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders and coordinate HR activities across the region, with Thailand serving as the main regional hub.

Job Description

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior business leaders, providing practical and forward-thinking HR solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
  • Coordinate and support HR initiatives across multiple countries, including Thailand and other regional markets.
  • Drive HR transformation and integration initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Support organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and other key HR initiatives.
  • Work closely with regional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency of HR practices.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management based on business and people data.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects across different markets effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with solid experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in a multinational or regional organization, preferably within Technology, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries.
  • Strong business partnering experience with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working independently as an Individual Contributor with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Strategic, mature, professional, and confident in communicating ideas and recommendations.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Regional or multi-country HR experience would be highly advantageous
