Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational priorities with business objectives.
  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and career development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Monitor workforce costs, headcount planning, and HR metrics to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across Thailand and Cambodia.
  • Lead organizational change, HR transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on people-related strategies and business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong background in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-country operations.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor law; Cambodia labor law exposure is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage organizational change.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
