Job Description

  • Lead and develop the HR team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives to support current and future business needs.
  • Lead organization design and restructuring projects, including job redesign and workforce optimization.
  • Establish and maintain job grading frameworks, performance management systems, and KPI structures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development matters.
  • Champion change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective utilization of the organization's ERP system and HR-related technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that support sustainable business growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Director, Head of HR, or Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Strong experience in workforce planning, organization design, job evaluation/grading, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide sound advice on people-related matters.
  • Mature, proactive, and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and driving technology adoption within HR functions is preferred.
