We are partnering with a multinational organization seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda and drive HR excellence across the business.

Job Description

    • Lead and develop the HR team across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and people initiatives
    • Design and implement retention and engagement programs to address workforce challenges and improve employee experience
    • Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
    • Drive recruitment effectiveness while ensuring a balanced focus on talent attraction, retention, and workforce planning
    • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, labor law compliance, and conflict resolution
    • Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented culture across the organization
    • Support organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
    • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and company standards
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve productivity, engagement, and retention

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Manager, Senior HRBP, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment and talent-related initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Good command of English.
