Job Description

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to local leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities
  • Coach and guide young managers on people management, communication, performance, and employee engagement
  • Provide firm, confident, and professional HR guidance while managing diverse expectations across stakeholders
  • Partner with global HR teams and participate in bi-weekly regional/global HR discussions



Talent, Engagement & Performance

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities (in‑house and outsourced), particularly for IT and engineering roles
  • Drive workforce planning and support talent development and retention initiatives
  • Support and improve the performance management process, including designing evaluation tools and coaching managers
  • Support global and local employee engagement initiatives and action planning



HR Operations & Infrastructure

  • Oversee HR operations with support from outsourced payroll vendors
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Support the design and implementation of career paths, job grading, and development frameworks
  • Contribute to HR system improvements, including the use and future enhancement of global HRIS (e.g. SuccessFactors)
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations matters, handling cases with professionalism and discretion

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid HR Generalist background with strong exposure to HRBP responsibilities
  • Experience working with technology, IT, or engineering teams is highly preferred
  • Confident, assertive, and credible communicator who can influence and guide managers
  • Comfortable working in a global matrix environment and engaging with international stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
  • Strong Thai and English communication skills
  • Self‑aware and able to "sell" ideas clearly and directly
