Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability in line with business objectives.
  • Design and execute network expansion and optimization plans, including dealer appointment, consolidation, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Set ambitious targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability goals across all regions and channels.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards, commercial objectives, and customer experience expectations.
  • Ensure dealership compliance with brand guidelines, operational excellence, and customer service standards to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and network team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Act as the key interface with OEM partners and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, campaigns, product launches, and performance objectives.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across the dealer network.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making at the leadership level.

  • Extensive experience in automotive sales, distribution, or dealer network management, ideally within a regional or national leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and network performance improvement
  • Deep understanding of dealer operations, retail dynamics, and go-to-market strategies within the automotive industry
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with OEM partners, dealers, and internal teams
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable business strategies
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
