  • Lead product planning activities to turn business objectives into clear delivery plans.
  • Review payment product performance and use findings to inform product decisions.
  • Work with relevant teams to coordinate the delivery of payment product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payment journeys and product features.
  • Manage product priorities to support timely and focused delivery.
  • Communicate product plans and progress to relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head Of Payment Product' should have:

  • Experience leading payment product strategy and delivery.
  • Ability to define product roadmaps and prioritise product work.
  • Experience reviewing product performance to guide decisions.
  • Knowledge of payment products and customer payment journeys.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical product plans.
  • Experience coordinating product delivery across relevant teams.
