As the Head of Logistics Thailand, you will lead the country's end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory deployment, and third-party logistics management. Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing and distribution organization operating a large-scale supply chain network across Thailand and the wider region.

Job Description

  • Lead logistics operations covering warehousing, inventory management, stock control, material flow, and customer fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse capacity, inventory levels, logistics costs, productivity, and service performance.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with 3PL providers and logistics partners, ensuring effective service delivery, SLA compliance, and operational performance.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock availability, warehouse utilization, and the efficient flow of materials from production through to customer fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues related to overstock, warehouse capacity, inventory flow, and customer fulfillment.
  • Monitor and drive key logistics KPIs, including inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, fulfillment performance, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and other relevant functions to ensure seamless logistics execution.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the logistics team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing warehousing, inventory, distribution, and 3PL operations.
  • Experience in FMCG is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record in logistics optimization, cost management, inventory management, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across all levels.
