The successful candidate will initially focus on strengthening talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, HR business partnering capabilities, and retention strategies while building scalable HR processes to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute the Thailand people strategy aligned with aggressive business expansion plans.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture.Build HR capabilities that support growth across multiple locations and operational teams.Talent Acquisition & Workforce ScalingLead workforce planning and recruitment strategies to support rapid branch expansion.Personally drive recruitment for critical and leadership roles during the initial growth phase.Build a scalable talent acquisition framework capable of supporting significant annual hiring volumes.Strengthen employer branding and improve hiring efficiency across all levels.HR Business PartneringEstablish a strong HRBP model that effectively supports operations and management teams.Partner closely with business leaders to drive employee engagement, performance, and productivity.Coach managers on people management and leadership effectiveness.Compensation & BenefitsReview and redesign compensation structures to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and business sustainability.Establish clear salary frameworks, grading structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.Develop reward strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent.Employee Engagement & RetentionDevelop initiatives to reduce employee turnover across operational and support functions.Implement employee listening mechanisms and action plans.Strengthen company culture, employee experience, and leadership effectiveness.HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Thailand labour laws and HR best practices.Improve HR policies, processes, systems, and governance.Establish HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop the HR team.Build a high-performance HR function capable of supporting future business growth.Create succession and talent development frameworks across the organisation.First 90-Day PrioritiesThe successful candidate will be expected to:Assess the current organisation, workforce capabilities, and HR function.Strengthen recruitment execution and accelerate hiring for key business needs.Establish foundational Compensation & Benefits standards and governance.Develop a practical HRBP approach to support business leaders and operational teams.Identify key drivers of employee turnover and implement immediate improvement actions.Create a scalable HR road map aligned with future expansion plans.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles.Strong experience within Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Consumer Services, or other multi-site operational businesses.Demonstrated experience supporting large front line workforce.Proven track record leading talent acquisition and workforce scaling initiatives.Strong knowledge of Thailand labour laws and HR best practices.Experience managing compensation and benefits frameworks.Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically and execute operationally.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Fluent Thai and professional English communication skills.Highly PreferredExperience in high-growth, investor-backed, or transformation environments.Experience supporting nationwide branch or store expansion.Background within regional or international consumer brands.Experience building HR functions, structures, and processes from growth-stage environments.Exposure to workforce planning for expansion of multiple locations within a short time frame.What's on OfferThis is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a growing market-leading consumer brand at a pivotal stage of its journey.
