  • Oversee all financial operations and activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to drive financial performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Proven expertise in finance and accounting within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
