Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end global sourcing, securing top products across non‑food categories.
  • Build and own supplier partnerships, negotiating sharp prices and strong commercial terms.
  • Drive import excellence by collaborating with merchandising, logistics, QA, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Coach and elevate a sourcing team, boosting capability, clarity, and performance.
  • Lead continuous improvements, optimizing processes, reducing risks, and unlocking cost efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Sourcing & Import Merchandise Manager (FMCG) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, selecting, import, or purchasing within FMCG or consumer goods, with exposure to team leadership or management.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, Incoterms, and import compliance.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills, with strong analytical capabilities.
