A leading multinational provider of HVAC and building solutions, with a strong presence in Thailand, is undergoing a strategic business transformation and succession planning initiative.

Job Description

* Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

* Prepare financial analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.

* Monitor business performance and identify key drivers behind financial results.

* Build and enhance financial models to evaluate growth initiatives and business scenarios.

* Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with operational plans.

* Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

* Develop management reports and dashboards to improve performance tracking.

* Support investment evaluations and business improvement projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Financial Planning & Analysis' should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Around 3-8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or commercial finance.

* Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.

* Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and BI platforms.

* Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate key findings clearly.

* Independent, proactive, and hands-on working style.

* Fluent in both Thai and English communication skills.

* Experience within a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.
