Job Description

  • Lead transformation projects across finance functions (R2R, O2C, P2P) to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Identify and implement process improvements using digital solutions and Lean methodologies
  • Develop frameworks for process assessments and value stream mapping
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Build business cases for optimization initiatives and ensure successful deployment
  • Collaborate with finance leaders, process owners, and fintech teams on workflow enhancements
  • Design KPIs to measure process effectiveness and maintain a centralized process repository
  • Mentor team members on finance optimization projects and ensure skill development
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and support organizational change initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Operation Excellence Manager or Senior Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance process improvement or operational excellence
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) and business process management
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) *Mandatory*
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in building process inventories and familiarity with financial statements
  • Ecommerce industry experience is a plus
