Job Description

  • Lead the overall finance and accounting function in Thailand.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, controls, and statutory compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders to support commercial and operational decisions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital performance.
  • Oversee tax, treasury, payroll, and external audit activities.
  • Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control processes.
  • Drive inventory control and financial performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support business growth through financial analysis and investment evaluation.
  • Collaborate with regional and shared service teams on finance projects.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications are a plus.
  • 8+ years of finance and accounting experience, ideally within multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, treasury, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
  • Strong English communication skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

What's on Offer

  • Monthly salary ranging from THB 100,000 to THB 130,000.
  • Variable bonus of 10%.
