Job Description

  • Oversee all controllership functions for Thailand
  • Ensure accurate statutory and US GAAP reporting, tax compliance, and transfer pricing oversight
  • Maintain strong internal controls and monitor adherence to global/local accounting policies
  • Partner with shared services and business leaders on accounting and control matters
  • Lead Free Cash Flow controls and inventory management (cycle counts and annual physical count)
  • Oversee credit management and customer communications
  • Drive process improvements and support global/regional initiatives
  • Train and develop finance team, conduct performance reviews, and onboard new hires
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting and policy awareness across the organization

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent certification required
  • 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a similar role within manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in statutory accounting, US GAAP, P&L, Free Cash Flow, and Tax
  • ERP implementation experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability in change management, problem-solving, and process orientation
