The company is recognized for its commitment to operational excellence, customer service, and continuous business growth.As part of its ongoing expansion, the organization is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee finance operations, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic decision-making. This role offers broad exposure across accounting, reporting, compliance, and business partnering within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial, statutory, and management reporting.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall business profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks across the organization.
  • Manage external audits and key regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/TFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities.
  • Fluent in Thai and English; logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industry experience is preferred.

What's on Offer

  • Monthly Salary: THB 100,000 - THB 120,000
  • 5% contribution to a provident fund.
  • Eligibility for a variable bonus.
