Job Description

  • Act as the finance lead and trusted business partner for the Thailand operations
  • Oversee the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under both local and international standards
  • Manage monthly closing activities, including financial reporting packages and balance sheet reviews
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial teams on profitability, pricing, promotions, and investments
  • Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and manage operating expenses, working capital, and overall financial performance
  • Ensure strong compliance with internal policies, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Strengthen internal controls and maintain adherence to global governance frameworks
  • Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes, including tax compliance and statutory reporting
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work within finance operations
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership team decision-making
  • Lead and develop the local finance team, providing coaching and guidance
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic finance initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification is a plus
  • At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Proven experience in both financial reporting and business partnering
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights
  • Good understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
  • Experience with ERP systems, with SAP knowledge being advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and modeling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English
