Job Description

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver variance analysis with actionable insights
  • Oversee all accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, and month-end/year-end closing
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, Thai accounting standards, and IFRS
  • Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks and risk management processes
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
  • Optimize liquidity and financing structures to support operations and projects
  • Lead and develop finance teams across FP&A and accounting functions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and systems
  • Support investment analysis, project financing, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or Master's degree is an advantage)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance/accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance
  • Solid knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
