Job Description

* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic financial guidance and commercial recommendations.

* Analyze business performance, profitability, customer trends, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities.

* Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

* Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, expansion initiatives, and new product launches.

* Lead performance reviews and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

* Challenge business assumptions and identify opportunities to maximize profitability and cash flow.

* Monitor manufacturing performance, product costs, and operational KPIs to support sustainable growth.

* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning activities from a business partnering perspective.

* Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for local and global leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

* Strong experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.

* Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and commercial insights.

* Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, cost structures, supply chain, and profitability drivers.

* Experience supporting senior stakeholders, business unit leaders, or executive management teams.

* Background from multinational manufacturing environments, preferably within industrial, electronics, or automotive sectors.

* Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Familiarity with SAP and BI reporting tools.

* Fluent in both Thai and English communication skills.

  • Salary: THB 2,400,000 to THB 2,760,000.
  • Fixed bonus of one month.
  • Variable bonus of 20% of annual salary.
  • Provident fund contribution of 5%.
